Crucell to Present at Needham & Company Fourth Annual Biotechnology Conference, May 26

Leiden, The Netherlands, May 20, 2005 - Crucell N.V. (Euronext, NASDAQ: CRXL) has announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Leonard Kruimer, will present at the Annual Needham & Company Biotechnology Conference (May 25-26) in New York. 
 
A live audio webcast will be available during the presentation at www.wsw.com/webcast/needham11/crxl/ and will be archived for a period of 90 days.
 
Mr. Kruimer will present on Thursday, May 26, at 9:30 AM Eastern time.
